Groupe BBH Inc. offers you a product customization service through embroidery, heat transfer and pad printing. When you purchase workwear, gloves or personal protective equipment, you have the possibility to customize everything with your company logo. WHAT IS EMBROIDERY?
Embroidery is a customization process that involves embroidering a pattern and / or text with a needle and thread directly onto the material of the chosen product.
An embroidered logo is very durable and will last even after several washes. With its slightly more luxurious look, it's one type of customization that's versatile. On the other hand, we do not recommend it for small logos and / or those with a lot of details.
WHICH COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
We carry a wide range of color threads to accommodate all requests. If you are using a PANTONE® color, please include it with your order so that we can provide you with the most accurate colors possible.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE?
Most workwear and even some gloves can be embroidered. However, it is impossible to use this customization process for rainwear since it directly affects their ability to be waterproof. Some products whose fabrics are too thin are also not eligible for embroidery. Please note : we do not customize any of our FR garments in order to respect the integrity of their flame-retardant properties.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
An initial cost for the creation and the setting up of your logo will be applied to any new logo or logo modification. Afterward, your file will be saved in our database.
The cost is calculated according to the placement chosen and the quantity purchased. The more you buy, the more you save.
WHAT IS HEAT TRANSFER?
Heat transfer is a customization process that involves printing a logo which is then cut and glued to the garment using a heated press.
It can be done on all types of fabrics and clothing and offers good resistance to multiple washes. This type of customization allows more detailed logos that require more precision. To get a heat transfer, certain conditions apply.
WHICH COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Since heat transfer is a printing process, most colors are available. Please note that we do not offer fluorescent or metallic inks and PANTONE® colors will be converted.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE?
Heat transfer can be applied to most workwear and even some gloves. It is important to know that it is impossible to apply a logo with heat transfer on the reflective stripes of all high visibility products, as the stripes will be damaged by the heat and will degrade in the process. Heated garments can be customized with a heat transfer in certain areas only. Please note : we do not customize any of our FR garments in order to respect the integrity of their flame-retardant properties.

WHAT IS PAD PRINTING?
Pad printing is a mechanical customization process that involves applying a very thin layer of ink to a product using a rubber stamp.
It is the most versatile customization process because it allows logos to be applied to both soft and solid surfaces, either smooth or textured. In addition, this type of process allows us to create logos with amazing detail precision.
WHICH COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Since this is an ink-based printing process, most colors can be reproduced. Please note that we do not offer fluorescent or metallic inks. If you wish to obtain a precise color, please send us the PANTONE® color code so that we can respect your colors with the most precision possible.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE?
Most of our PPE products, as well as a large selection of gloves, can be customized with pad printing. Please note that a minimum quantity of product must be ordered. To find out what these quantities are, please contact your sales representative.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
An initial cost for creating the printing plates and putting them into production is included for any new logo or logo modification. This cost includes the creation of the file, the laser engraving of your logo and the production of your logo. Unlike other customization processes, additional fees are applicable for any logo modification, whether it be a change in size or visual.
Your file and printing plates will be kept for a period of 2 years. If you do not place another order for pad printing customization with the same logo during this period, BBH Group will destroy the plates and the initial fees will apply to all future orders.
The cost is calculated according to the quantity purchased and the number of colors needed for your logo. The more you buy, the more you save.
